Daniel Kodsi

chief executive officer

Mr. Kodsi is a real estate industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, capital investment, and asset management. He is recognized as an industry leader and a visionary for the development of large-scale complex mixed-use developments. Mr. Kodsi is the managing principal of Participant Capital, which he founded in 2011 as the capital arm of Royal Palm Companies, where he has held the position of CEO since 1991. In his career, he has developed over $3.5B in completed projects and has over $2B in the pipeline. Mr. Kodsi has delivered over 6,000 units consisting of over 10 million sq. ft. of mixed-use, master-planned communities, hotels, multi-family, and high rise residential. He has a keen ability to identify underserved markets and an aptitude to envision and execute large-scale development earning him a reputation of capitalizing returns and generating value for both private and institutional investors. Mr. Kodsi is a frequent conference speaker on real estate and investment. He has appeared as a guest on major cable business networks such as CBS World News, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, Bloomberg News. Mr. Kodsi holds a BSBA in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Urban Planning and Architecture from the University of Miami and is a licensed general contractor.

Sergio Moisés

chief financial officer

Sergio brings to the firm more than 20 years of financial management experience in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, corporate finance, asset management, and financial reporting. Over the course of his career, Sergio has been involved in the successful development or repositioning of more than 8,000 units across the United States. Prior to joining Royal Palm Companies and PARTICIPANT Capital in 2011, Sergio managed over $60 million (more than 12,000 individual instruments) of the firm’s investment in tax lien certificates at the J.I. Kislak Organization, a nationwide real estate management and brokerage firm. He holds a master’s degree in Finance from Florida International University and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia.

TJ SABO

T.J. Sabo has been a pioneer in real estate and hotel advertising, brand management and strategic relationships that consistently add value to projects. With degrees in both Finance and Law, this creative director brings a unique perspective to the industry and is considered an expert on most real estate and hotel operations, brand management, strategic acquisitions and development.

Under his guidance RPC has created the Paramount Residences brand, Legacy Hotel and Residences, Grand Reserve in Puerto Rico and many others.
